v-shesh is an early stage social enterprise that connects organisations with rural markets and women and youth to jobs and other income opportunities. Our Market Access Services enable organisations to use existing alternate channels to reach rural markets and through Employment Services we identify, counsel and skill suitable entry level talent in non-metros.
Employment services - We provide staffing, counselling and training services to organisations recruiting entry level staff. This service to employers enables us to connect first time job seekers in non-metros to jobs. We also work with organisations in the area of diversity hiring as part of which differently-abled freshers have already been placed in jobs in sectors like hospitality, processing, financial services and retail.
Market Access Services - We provide design and execution services to organisations looking to reach rural/ BoP consumers by building viable distribution models using networks like SHGs, MFIs, India Post et al. Our work has included market studies and projects to create awareness and originate demands for products developed for BoP/ rural consumers.
