Employment Services - are for organisations hiring entry level staff. Our focus is on jobs that require minimum migration and enable job seekers to work in an environment and context that they are used to. We provide employment services to microfinance institutions and organisations in retail, hospitality, financial services, processing among others.

We see any employment opportunity as an outcome of a multi-step process. Our services viz. providing information, counselling and training assist job seekers at each step of this process.

v-shesh offers a specially designed train and hire programme for job seekers in microfinance institutions. This short duration programme offers access to jobs to freshers while addressing the issue of attrition for employer MFIs.
